About EX1
Who is behind EX1?
EX1 is the precision-supplement brand of Vynza Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., an Indian company focused on standardised extracts and transparent dosing. The brand was founded to address the gap between mass-market supplement labels and the doses used in clinical research.
Where are EX1 supplements made?
EX1 products are manufactured at WHO-GMP and AYUSH-GMP certified facilities in India. Each batch ships with a certificate of analysis from an NABL-accredited laboratory.
What does "standardised extract" mean?
Standardisation guarantees the percentage of active compound in every batch of an extract. For example, a 600 mg ashwagandha root extract standardised to 5% withanolides delivers at least 30 mg of the active compounds per dose. Read more on our Science page.
Why does EX1 declare elemental doses on the label?
Elemental dose is the amount of the active ingredient your body absorbs, separated from the carrier compound. For minerals like magnesium and iron, the elemental number is what the clinical literature studied. The salt form weight without the elemental number is meaningless to dosing.
Are EX1 products vegetarian or vegan?
Most EX1 products use vegetarian capsules or tablets and plant-source ingredients. Two products contain fish (Omega-3 Fish Oil) or marine peptides (Marine Collagen). Each product page lists dietary suitability under the product description.

How do I know which supplement is right for me?
Browse the Products page by category, read the per-product science on each PDP, and consult a healthcare professional if you are on prescription medication or living with a diagnosed condition. EX1 does not provide personalised medical advice.
Can I stack multiple EX1 supplements?
Most EX1 formulas are designed to be combinable in routine daily use, since each product declares its full ingredient list and elemental doses. If you take prescription medication or are layering multiple supplements with overlapping actives, consult a healthcare professional first.
What time of day should I take my supplements?
Each product page lists a recommended timing based on the studied dose protocol. Sleep-supporting formulas (such as Magnesium) are usually taken post-dinner; fat-soluble vitamins (such as D3) absorb best with a meal; creatine works on saturation, not timing.
Are there contraindications with prescription medication?
Some supplements can interact with prescription medication. If you take blood thinners, thyroid medication, blood pressure medication, antidepressants, or any chronic prescription, consult your physician before adding any new supplement.
Can I take EX1 supplements during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Pregnancy and breastfeeding are periods when supplement choices should be made with a qualified healthcare professional. EX1 does not market any product specifically for pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult your obstetrician or paediatrician for personalised guidance.
Are EX1 supplements suitable for children under 18?
EX1 products are formulated for adults. Children under 18 should only take supplements under the supervision of a paediatrician.
Quality & Testing
What is per-batch testing?
Per-batch testing means every manufacturing batch is independently assayed for active content, heavy metals, and microbial contamination. The alternative, testing only once at product validation, is the industry default and is why two bottles of the same supplement can behave like two different products.
How do I verify lab test results for my batch?
Each EX1 product ships with a batch number printed on the label. Email care@ex1nutrition.com with the batch number and we will send the corresponding certificate of analysis from our NABL-accredited testing partner.
Are EX1 products tested for heavy metals?
Yes. Every batch is screened for lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium against pharmacopeia limits. Heavy metal screening is part of our standard per-batch testing protocol.
What is the difference between WHO-GMP and AYUSH-GMP?
WHO-GMP is the World Health Organization Good Manufacturing Practice standard for nutraceuticals and pharmaceutical-grade products. AYUSH-GMP is the equivalent Indian standard for Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicine. EX1 manufactures at facilities certified to both standards depending on product classification.
Are EX1 products third-party tested?
Yes. Per-batch testing is performed by an NABL-accredited third-party laboratory, separate from the manufacturing facility. This independence is part of what differentiates per-batch testing from in-house QC.

Where can I buy EX1 products?
EX1 products are currently available exclusively on Amazon India. The fastest way to find the full catalog is the EX1 brand search on Amazon.in.
Does EX1 sell directly from the website?
Not yet. Direct-to-consumer purchasing on ex1nutrition.com is under evaluation. Until then, every Buy on Amazon button routes to the EX1 brand storefront on Amazon India.
How long does Amazon delivery take?
Amazon Prime members typically receive deliveries within 1 to 2 business days in metro cities. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days across most of India. Same-day delivery is available in select metros.
Are EX1 products available outside India?
EX1 is currently available in India only via Amazon India. International availability is under evaluation for future expansion.
What if a product arrives damaged or defective?
Contact care@ex1nutrition.com with your Amazon order number and a photo of the issue. We will coordinate a replacement or refund through Amazon. Most issues are resolved within 5 business days.

How do I return an EX1 product?
Initiate the return through your Amazon India account under Your Orders. Returns for sealed, unopened supplements typically have a 7-day window from delivery, subject to Amazon's current return policy.
What is the return window?
Amazon India's standard return window for sealed health supplements is 7 days from delivery. The product must be unopened, in original packaging, and with the original invoice. For damaged or defective items, contact care@ex1nutrition.com directly.
How do I get a refund?
Once Amazon receives the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Refund timing follows Amazon India's standard refund policy.
How do I contact EX1 directly?
