1. How EX1 ships

EX1 products are currently available exclusively through Amazon India. Every Buy on Amazon link on this site routes to the EX1 brand storefront on Amazon.in, where you can complete your purchase using Amazon's checkout, payment, shipping, and tracking flow.

  • Amazon Prime members typically receive deliveries within 1 to 2 business days in metro cities.
  • Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days across most of India.
  • Same-day delivery is available in select metros for eligible items.
  • Tracking is provided via your Amazon order management page.

2. Order modifications and cancellations

Order modifications, cancellations, and address changes are managed through your Amazon India account. Visit Your Orders on Amazon.in to make changes within Amazon's cancellation window. EX1 does not have the ability to modify Amazon orders directly.

3. Returns

Amazon India's standard return window for sealed health supplements is 7 days from delivery. Conditions:

  • Product must be unopened and sealed.
  • Original packaging and invoice must be intact.
  • Return must be initiated through Your Orders on Amazon.in.

Return windows and policies are set by Amazon India and may vary. Always check the current return policy on the product listing at the time of purchase.

4. Damaged or defective product

If your EX1 product arrives damaged, tampered with, past expiry, or visibly defective, please contact care@ex1nutrition.com directly with:

  • Your Amazon order number.
  • The batch number printed on the product label.
  • Photos of the damage, tamper, or defect.

We coordinate a replacement or refund through Amazon. Most issues are resolved within 5 business days.

5. Refund timing

Refunds follow Amazon India's standard refund policy. Typically, once Amazon receives the returned item, refunds process within 3 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Allergen-related returns

If you experience an allergic reaction or adverse effect after taking an EX1 product, discontinue use immediately, consult a qualified healthcare professional, and contact care@ex1nutrition.com with the batch number printed on the label. Within the return window, we coordinate a replacement or refund. We also investigate every adverse-reaction report and coordinate with regulators where required.

7. International shipping

EX1 is currently available in India only via Amazon India. International availability is under evaluation for future expansion.
