Why this formula
Heart, brain and eyes, from algae not fish
The EPA and DHA omega-3s support normal heart function, and DHA contributes to normal brain function and normal vision, taken straight from the algae that fish get them from.
A real dose, no fishy repeat
450 mg of EPA and DHA, microencapsulated against oxidation, with vitamin E to protect it.
How to take
Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily usage.
Best with your largest meal of the day. The fat in that meal is what carries the omega-3 into circulation.
Consult a physician before use if pregnant, lactating, on medication or with a medical condition. Not to be used by children.
