Why this formula
Helps fight anaemia, gently
Iron supports the normal formation of red blood cells and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and ferrous bisglycinate delivers it without the constipation and nausea that put people off ordinary iron salts.
Built to absorb
Vitamin C is included to aid uptake, with folic acid, B12 and B6 alongside, the nutrients that work with iron in building blood.
Dosed for women
29 mg of elemental iron, a woman's full daily level. More than half of Indian women of reproductive age are anaemic, and a vegetarian diet, with only non-heme iron, makes the gap harder to close.
How to take
Take 1 tablet daily with or after food, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily usage.
Best in the morning with a Vitamin-C-rich breakfast. Food softens the GI impact; Vitamin-C-rich foods support uptake.
Consult a physician before use if pregnant, lactating, on medication or with a medical condition. Not to be used by children.
